Goupil makes a commitment towards gender equality
People will always be at the heart of our vision, the focus of our attention. We are therefore committed to gender equality within our company. To that end, a gender equality agreement was signed on December 11th, 2019. This agreement aims to strengthen gender diversity in recruitment, to achieve pay parity between men and women and encourages internal promotions and professional advancement.
Gender equality Index
Every company with at least 50 employees must publish its Gender Equality Index every year before March 1st. This Index is measured according to 4 or 5 indicators depending on the size of the company.
These indicators are:
- The gender pay gap,
- The difference in the distribution of individual salary increases,
- The difference in the distribution of promotions (only for companies with more than 250 employees),
- The number of female employees receiving an increase in salary when returning from maternity leave,
- Parity among the 10 highest salaries.
The 2022 index is not calculable due to the size of the panels and the applicable rules, but beyond that, we are working hard to ensure equal pay for equal work and pay progression on return from maternity leave.
