A look back at Goupil’s dealer meeting in Barcelona

An instructive and productive meeting 

End of September, Goupil organised a two-day seminar with their international dealers. After two years of Covid restrictions, over 40 dealers joined the Goupil team in Barcelona, Spain.
It was a great opportunity to see each other again face to face, take the time to reflect on achievements so far and set medium and long-term goals in accordance with current market conditions.

The meeting gave our dealers from around the world a chance to share their experience and best practices during various meetings and workshops, as well as a visit to the local dealer who represents the Goupil brand in both Spain and Portugal.
This visit gave an interesting insight into their business and how they promote Goupil in both countries. They embody the brand by putting the customers’ needs and expectations at the centre of their business plan.

A strong international presence thanks to solid partnerships

Goupil is present in more than 40 countries worldwide, through a network of exclusive dealers. Our first partnership started with our dealer in Switzerland back in 2004, with Spain following in 2007. Today, the Goupil brand is represented across Europe but also in South America, the Middle East, Asia…
In 2021, 70% of our sales were on the international market, which is a testament to the strong relationship Goupil has built with their dealers of the last 20 years.

The customer always at the heart of our product development plan

The strength of Goupil lies in the ability to provide body options designed to meet the requirements of our customers. Our customer-oriented vision has led us to work with coachbuilders in order to offer original solutions for specific applications to our French customers:  hydraulic hooklift, tailgate, refuse collection vehicle with bin lifter…

The partnership we have with our international dealers reflects this vision, as they too have started implementing coachbuilder programs in their own countries.
